I am a colleague of Dr. Scognamiglio and as such very demanding. The practice is the best that a user can expect from a dentist. Preparation and competence of him and of all the staff, advanced technology, courtesy and maniacal precision. As a colleague I couldn't find better.

On the advice of a friend, I decided to book a consultation. Since the booking I realized that I was dealing with serious and professional people (they confirmed the appointment by message and sent me a small video describing how to access the dental services of the practice (obviously more restrictive methods in how much still under COVID 19). When I arrive at the office, I am greeted by a cordial secretary who, while waiting for my turn, invites me to fill out some sheets (personal data, news on COVID19, current and previous personal illnesses, etc.) Then I put on some protections for the shoes and I enter the room where Dr. Scognamiglio is waiting for me. I explain my problem to him and he immediately reassures me by offering me, explaining the pros and cons of each, 2 solutions in a simple and very comprehensive way. At the end of the session and when the problem was solved, he did not refrain from giving me advice on both the drugs to use and the diet to follow. I was very satisfied and if I am allowed a football comparison ........ surely a "Serie A" dentist.

I also, during the lockdown, never went to a doctor's office, for the ordinary treatments and checks, for the fear of being infected. As long as I could, I also postponed today's surgery at this studio. On leaving, I realized that I could have done it safely before. In fact, before accepting my reservation, I was asked a series of questions. Then at the reception, with professionalism and kindness, the temperature was measured, I was invited to correctly wear the mask, to fill in a questionnaire, to put the objects in an envelope, to isolate the shoes with a special cellophane. In the waiting room only one patient at a distance of three meters and an accurate sanitisation was carried out at each session and at each step. Isolated medical staff with lab coats, mask and shield. Rigorously disinfected equipment. Large and well-ventilated rooms. In short, I came out with the feeling that if I had been positive I could hardly have infected someone and, conversely, I could hardly have been infected.

For me, dentists have always been a taboo .... today I can understand why. The fears were simply linked to past experiences, in which the poor reception, the perception of pain and the lack of attention to hygiene, the uncertainty about the results of the treatments carried out kept me at least away from the "dentist". All this, I must say, has been completely overturned with the professionalism and humanity of the Scognamiglio studio, which, without dwelling too much on the compliments, has ensured that I can't wait to come back to bring ever greater improvements and benefits to my teeth. and especially to the teeth of my children.
