Experience from INCUBO !!
Transparency, communication and customer care completely to be reviewed, in return certainly admirable orientation to the deal!
I simply expose the documented facts from which the comment comes.
I give my Mercedes with the tow truck on 21/11/2018 (several weeks before, a couple of efficient but well-paid interventions were carried out, without discussing, ready cash). I note that I'm on foot and not for walking but at work ... already known circumstance. After 15 (I say fifteen) days and several of my phone calls, I am told that "the machine has been seen today and that a certain unit must be replaced, price € 340 over labor". The price of the replacement is reasonable, I give the ok to work and ask for a complete quote (never received). The next day I was told that there was an error, the exact price of the replacement is about € 600. I inform you again ... (thank God there are the phone, personal knowledge and especially the internet), the price of that central unit used and overhauled is always € 340. I do not accept the estimate, I buy at my expense the control unit used, revised and invoiced and the next day I deliver it.
After 10 days I'm told that you have to intervene on another unit of my car (NOT MORE 'THAT ALREADY' BUILT BY ME ...), which is sent to review, I have no quote and I do not give any consent. After 20 days, always at my request, I was told that the revision on my control unit was not successful and then we are waiting for another ECU used (but who asked you?). We are two months, I ask again for a quote (of course I'm still waiting) and if possible to use the substitute car, but this "is only available for long repairs" (so long means more than two months ??? ?). Exasperated and without news at the end of January 2019 I call - and pay - again the tow truck to get the car back. To get the car out I'm asked several hundred euro from the attempt to repair my unit (always the one other than the one already paid and provided) and the cost of the used one that was ordered (but by whom ?, at the request of who ?, based on which estimate authorized?) But that, ironically, it does not work either ... so much so that the car comes out as it was: with the tow truck !!!! It is, by paying, an agreement. In return, the workforce was offered by the house.

The annoyance of being in front of a person who, in 2018, believes he is smart and takes advantage of this horrendous feature to make fun of customers. Too bad it takes very little to inquire about the costs of spare parts etc. Two stars and not zero because at least the car is repaired and working, God forbid. But it's really hard to swallow being made fun of. In an era like this it is not difficult to trace the price of individual spare parts and discover that each of those listed on the invoice has been doubled in price and, of course, also benefited from VAT. It's okay to have a well-paid job, that's not the problem, but cheating people isn't. Also because we are not all the same and in a moment like this there are people, many people who find themselves in difficulty so they must be helped, in some way, perhaps with honesty, practicing fair and honest prices. The rip-offs, at least, that they are reserved for those who can.
They have a courtesy car, beautiful, perfect, full of stickers and writings that reiterate the fact that it is a replacement car for customers and instead nothing. On foot. And this after being ripped off and having left him 813.89 cents (but I also tipped him), kind as I am how could I refrain from offering him a good coffee in my face that is the daily "chicken"? Not even the 3.89 euros took me away, nothing. This is not done, you screw me once, not the second time but I will disgrace you for life, with everyone. Another thing, just to reiterate the environment: the car overhaul costs BY LAW 65.68 euros of which: 45 for the overhaul, 9.9 euros of VAT, 10.78 euros for the rights well from them the revision costs 70 euros and the price is on display! Coem if it were normal! Crazy stuff! After the repair and theft, I went with their invoice to 4 different workshops and they all confirmed that the price of the repair would be no more than 400 euros total (i.e. half of what I gave to the award-winning GP thieves workshop Service) and that the cost of the NEW alternator alone did not go beyond 200 euros. The original 250. In short, Gp Service stole my money and does the same every day with that of other customers.
Competent, helpful and honest staff. Always satisfied with the work done on my cars.
