Very kind staff, very welcoming place even if small and excellent quality products

Absolute rudeness on the part of the gentleman who served us. We paid 12 euros for a mini sacher from the dry sponge cake, it seemed to eat a Fiesta open for two days. Close to home, but never again.

Courtesy, friendliness, excellent prices, organic ingredients, all very good, brioches, classic pastas, Neapolitan pastries, desserts for anniversaries, mignon pastries, dry pastries and biscuits. I recommend it.

The rudeness or the hostess I went in for 4 brioches (true I arrived at 5 in the morning but I asked if it was possible with a lot of good morning and please (education given but not received)) I am presented with a guy with a paper bag visibly annoyed without even saying hello or looking in the face he tells me € 4.40 I give him € 10 and without looking at me he turns to an elusive person and says I have no money and the laboratory returns ..... now I say I understand the time I understand a lot things but I do not understand the lack of education which I have given since the beginning cmq I headed 300 meters further towards corso milano I stopped in another pastry shop I was served with education and in the face of rude people (change job if you are not able to interact with the public) they also offered me coffee .... I end up saying I hope that at least you have the quality because if you bet on sympathy well ADDIOS .....
