It's a really gorgeous church just a few minutes away from the historical center of the city. The altar and the façade are from the 16th century, but the main body of the church was rebuilt in the 1950's after it was hit an destroyed by a bomb in 1944 during WW2. I find it to be quite charming nonetheless

Church of considerable size, very large presbytery of great balance and elegance. Of very ancient foundation, 1195, the church was completely damaged during the fierce bombing of the Second World War. It was rebuilt after the First World War. A truly significant temple for the city of Padua.
