I went to this pharmacy yesterday and never, in 56 years, have I felt so discriminated against. I went in to buy a drug and collect the masks with the health card. While he was serving me, the pharmacist entered a customer and, in a friendly tone, asked him for the availability of masks. The pharmacist replied: he is an engineer; the customer then lines up. The pharmacist comes back to serve me and when I show him my 85-year-old mother's health card he tells me that they were finished 🤔 But how? they were behind him ... and confirmed to the engineer that there were still some. I remind him that they were behind the counter and that the customer was waiting outside. Three people are a crowd. Very long waiting times and sometimes if you take the drug quickly you see people passing by. In this respect, they are not very organized and the staff seem to not give a damn. Otherwise everything is very ok. It is new, everything is found frequently. Too bad we can no longer carry the delivery of used medicines.
