I went to this pizzeria they had recommended to me but it was the first and last time non-competent staff little worked pizza (it looked like a Frisby) and the worst thing that a lot of people entered after us and they ate before us inadmissible I would say and apologized saying that they had exchanged low professionalism tickets

Here is my experience in this new pizzeria, open about 2 weeks ago (on September 18, 2011). As soon as we arrived, the wait in sitting was satisfactory. The place is very bright and has enough staff to cover the room and its guests, offering Sky TV service to watch A / B series games. The toilets, always well lit, offer almost everything you need for your needs, the only thing missing was the cot to change the diapers to the little ones, or at least I haven't seen it and so I guess there isn't, but enough clean and therefore nothing to say. We ordered a pasta omelette (timballo), a portion of arancini and 2 pizzas, to drink a beer and water. The menu is very intuitive, well-formed, poket style that I really like, and above all there is price transparency, so points in favor. For the service the speed was a bit slow for the appetizers, about 25 minutes, the staff apologized for a command error, in short, the justification was fair and can happen. The cutlery, I would say to pay more attention because we had to change a fork as it is dirty with the residue of the crockery (no organic), the napkins are disposable and plates and glasses are very clean and strictly Ikea marked, so they have a certain style in a white room with opposite plates of color and I like it a lot. But let's get to the dishes, the arancini were in the sufficiency, well cooked, but the mix of flavors did not make it clear what was inside it, so I would say a 7/10 while the timbale, personally I didn't like it. But let's get to the pizzas, mine is a 4 cheese with added sausage, the dough is very thin, the above content can be seen, the only problem is that the pizza was not cooked enough, you can see it from the images I make available, the taste is there but in my opinion it must improve a lot. Finally I add that the dough is very light, and this is a very important factor, it does not put on the stomach. So improve the cooking and maybe the preparation. I would say 5/10 pizza, but I am ready to remodel the vote. Some errors I saw in the room are: The staff that we needed was not always the same, the room is more than due, and finally serious errors are to my mind that the staff in front of the customers helps the pizza maker to garnish the dishes, this "should not" happen in any case, especially with bare hands. The dining room staff must be only involved in the management of the customers and verify that the service proceeds in the right ways and have contact with the kitchen and pizzeria. For the final vote that I express on google I would say definitely to change, so I will soon be there again and change at least the vote, for now 3 of 5 may be fine, I am waiting for these improvements. The bill is normal, simple and intuitive, anyway everything is written on the tax receipt of consumption, at the exit, the manager at the cash desk wanted to offer us also a liquor, but I didn't accept because I don't like liquor, I appreciate however the gesture.
