Yesterday, 8 February 2019, I bought at the counter 2 mozzarella for my parmigiana. I asked for 1/2 kg, as per recipe, and I bought 554 gr ... Perfect! At home, when I released the mozzarella in the package, the actual weight was 407 gr.
