Don't make me think about it ... I lived there for 10 days in hospital, after the "rescue" of a doctor from this facility, they remind me of Google's movements. Excellent parasanitary staff, affectionate and familiar: friends, very tidy and very human. Then, however, for the outpatient services I found the usual "defections" of public health, when the relationship is not continuous, when you no longer depend on them and you are a number in line; this also happens here. Couldn't but speak well of it for my hospitalization, I hardly thought it could happen.

I have had a doctor's order for 2 weeks to visit urgently. I called last week and after two days they replied that for this booking I would have to call the week after, that is today. I am trying to call from 12:30 but it is useless to disconnect continuously, first the lines are busy, then I have to wait only a minute (in vain) then even does not call right. Without words.

Bad service 10 counters, only one functioning. Who goes out to smoke who takes coffee and people queue. How disgusting.

Dermatology department a real suck, I was treated with them 3 years and they have not solved anything they have only ruined my face leaving deep scars, they have given me heavy drugs that have brought me health problems and after almost 4 years I am still paying the consequences! Every time I went to check I always found different people who didn't even know what situation I was starting from, didn't know me and said I was improving but it wasn't absolutely true! Fortunately, I am now in the hands of a very good DERMATOLOGIST who has already solved 70% of the problem in just 3 months!

NO STAR. I AM FORCED TO PUT IT OTHERWISE THE POST IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE SYSTEM. I phoned at the scheduled times to book and after providing all my personal data and listening to the list of all the rules, I was put on hold for ten minutes for the intense telephone traffic. Then, rather than being put in contact with an operator, a registered voice said that for the reservation I had to write an email to which I would then be given an answer. This has happened twice. Then I gave up! SUCK! SHAME ON YOU ! YOURS SHOULD BE A HEALTH SERVICE THAT USERS PAY FOR ... Teresa Caiazzo
