I went to change a bracelet given at Christmas that was small in size and they didn't change it because the box was slightly broken ... if this is the service you give to customers, congratulations I throw the bracelet but you have lost a customer. the other work in a shop in the same mall and we always try to satisfy the customer.

Nice shop inside the "Le Fornaci" shopping center in Beinasco. Items of excellent quality with prices aligned with the shops of the same category.

It was closed by Swarovski for unknown reasons. Only franchises remain open.
