Motoshop Due

Total disappointment! The first week of August my partner and I went to the dealership to view an XMax 300 scooter ... after having also tried it, we were strongly interested in buying it. At this point the owner proposed a decidedly interesting and advantageous price (which he defined and reiterated 3 times) on which we agreed for the purchase that we had proposed to make after August 17, the day of their reopening (I I am therefore referring to a very short period of time). Presenting ourselves today for the final purchase, making use of the guaranteed amount just 15 days before, we are incredibly offered by the owner himself a different and higher price than the initial one! Beyond obviously not having proceeded with the purchase (and cmq no problem as Yamaha dealers, certainly more reliable, there are avalanches), the aspect that created the most annoyance was the attitude assumed by the owner in our comparisons, who, as soon as we tried to remind him what the agreed and promised figure was (even mimicking the phrase he repeated several times), with extreme detachment he literally wanted us to pass for the classics 'who try' although it did not exist on our part absolutely no doubt about what was initially proposed and, I repeat, repeated several times at our request. As I have already anticipated, there are many Yamaha dealers and therefore the problem on our part does not exist ... I believe instead that it is rare to find dealers who, beyond their decades of experience, know how to adequately make use of education and fairness ... a pity ... maybe next time we'll be luckier.
