Very bad if not absent attention to the customer with attempts to make a profit on targeted misunderstandings relating to the menu. The management of the restaurant seemed to me completely devoid of principles of loyalty and understanding towards the customer, but it seems aimed at pure economic interest rather than collective well-being.The menu shows different cuts of meat with the price per hectogram without any limitation on minimum weights or other, I personally ordered two different cuts of meat, referring to the waitress the desired weights, respectively 200 grams of Irish Roast (4.20 euros / hectogram) and 300 grams of T-bone (4.80 euros / hectogram) with cooking All reported twice and strictly without a mask, to avoid misunderstandings. The waitress confirms the understanding and proceeds to the order. After a wait, all in all normal, of twenty minutes the two desired cuts arrive on of a cutting board with lots of vegetables and as normal we are preparing to consume conscious that the receipt was our actual order communicated to the waitress. On the quality of the meat, unfortunately, due to skills, I cannot say too much, from an ignorant opinion on the subject, it seemed in good taste despite the wrong cooking because it was cooked rare compared to the average cooking required. After the drink we ask for the bill and there the surprise: we are asked for a fee of 35 euros per single slice of meat against the 12-15 euros expected given the weight request. Shaken by this situation, while we were asking the waitress for explanations, a similar problem arises at the table next to ours, so we ask for a dialogue with the manager who, gradually less and less polite, indicates that their cuts of meat are at least 700 grams and that everything was absolutely not their problem (despite this minimum quantity, it was neither communicated by the waitress nor present on the menu). He continues by telling me that I, the client, should have noticed the weight discrepancy upon arrival of the plate (personally I would not be able to, I do not have a scale for eyes) and adds that the waitress would never have accepted an order with lower weights, when so it happened, continuing to request payment without intention of understanding, until the waitress shows up who denies, with an attitude devoid of any morality, the clear request expressed by me at the time of ordering, believing that I had only asked for two slices of meat. The manager at this point only continues to repeat the same things getting nervous despite the arrival of the other disappointed customers, concluding with the reduction of a sum (which he says he removes for misunderstanding) which in any case does not affect the substantial gain perceived to front of, in my opinion, deceptive maneuver. Such a thing has never happened to me and I was particularly disappointed by this vulgar attitude, I would have preferred to make as many negative mentions to the service for incompetence of the waiters but not for this type of situation. I have not contacted the authorities for inexperience, but I hope that the review, together with my other positive ones, will open your eyes by making it clear who does this job with passion and who really cares about their customers. For everything else, the restaurant is located in a quiet area but has no reserved parking spaces as indeed the whole area near the restaurant with only parking lots adjacent to the road always occupied. As for the location, it presents itself as an avant-garde room from an aesthetic point of view but lacking in comfort, an upper room and one on the lower floor where the tables are not far from each other and the lower floor is not enjoyed. of a very clean but well optimized, small but functional bathrooms. Starting from the location of the place it is a bit inconvenient especially for the parking lot which is quite difficult to find near it. Then very nice, young and above all welcoming staff. As for the food, nothing to say really good even as regards the "social effects" or a kind of "smoke" and "sandwich flames" which are nice to see. The only flaw is the price that in the total between drinks and sandwiches € 16. Let's say it's a bit high compared to the competition, but for the abundance you can definitely turn a blind eye. We do not question the quality .... good food ... We were not happy with the crunches (we would have liked them bigger and already stuffed and not the simple crunches served cut with mortadella and pistachio cream in half) and then the bruschetta which has the same price as a sandwich does not seem fair and much less clear the choice to make (Do you expect the bruschetta to be as abundant as a sandwich or the reverse) ... Good pub ... with very high prices ... ..

Be careful!! I would give less than a star if only it was possible. Not very competent staff who take orders and come to the table with wrong orders. BE CAREFUL IF YOU TAKE MEAT CUTS, they carry double the weight you asked for and then expect you to pay for it, washing your hands and saying "Didn't you notice that it was more meat than you should? Now you ate it and pay", as if it was your mistake ... The disconcerting thing is that it did not just happen to my table but also to another one, at the same time. This makes me think that it is something that happens quite often in this place. The prices are also absurd ..
