Items where in some cases the prices are not marked. Rude staff. The girls who work there that to arrange the items on the shelves use unsafe stairs and therefore not up to standard.

Medium-low quality, most of the synthetic garments, the apparently friendly welcome but irritating and superficial staff. If you buy, remember to try little goods, otherwise the orders tell you that you are not entitled to a possible exchange even if you keep the goods intact with the receipt. In my specific case, being a size xl, I had to try on several items in a poorly ventilated dressing room. Finding the right ones was not easy, but I placed the discarded goods on a free stand. At the cashier, after paying, I usually asked the time necessary for a change and I was literally assailed by the firm disapproval of the orders, where rather than giving a plausible and polite answer together they began to mumble that I had no right of withdrawal. When I took the opportunity to speak, I told them that in Italy every customer has the right of withdrawal according to the directives in force on goods-trade and that they, working in Italy, were subject to the same laws. Moral of the matter: this store has closed with me.
