Very poor service! We came at 13:15h and the sir said that it is closed. The closing time is at 13:30h and we only wanted to ask a question so for that we only need 5 min. The sir even didn't open the door to us, just said we closed. Very bad service for Rolex dealer, they should give better service specially for the brand name and recognition. Not recommended this place at all
They don't speak English here. But keep trying and they had the last rolex we were looking for and we were able to get it !
It is really nice to admire the window of this Jewelery in Via Santa Brigida which is a historical landmark in the Neapolitan city. But I assure you that it is also a pleasure to enter and deal with kind and qualified staff who were able to explain to me all the technical aspects of the products with grace and professionalism. I certainly recommend contacting them, I will definitely be back.
