Parcheggio Camper

Good place to stay if you want to go moutainbiking.

It would be 5 stars for the location, the only valuable element of this parking lot. On an unmanageable slope with wedges, bathrooms and minimum loading / unloading, at the exorbitant and unmotivated cost of 20 per night. Note of color sign at the entrance of the car park full even if empty (for the entrance the traffic light is valid)

Very quiet car park for campers and with active loading and unloading services, plus there are two toilets. No light connection. Almost entirely on a lateral slope. Fabulous place, it is very convenient to leave for easy walking (arriving at the Comici refuge, the passage in the pasture with the cows is very nice, especially for the little ones), it is more demanding (Sassolungo fork). I recommend parking on the river side to enjoy the gurgling water, while on the opposite side you can hear the vehicles passing by on the street.

It's just a very expensive parking lot! No electricity, non-existent drain, arranged in the best way with a flexible hose that can be inserted from the drain valve to the drain, needless to say that everything comes out and ends up in the stream! For the rest, an area with enormous gradients and muddy. Max 20 campers. The only certainty is that campers don't want them here!

The area is open but with work in progress. I was there on 21-23 June 2020. All services are suspended (toilet, loading and unloading of water), and therefore you can stay overnight without paying. As of June 23, 2020, the bars were raised with green traffic lights, and the columns to collect the non-functioning entrance ticket. The expected price when it is fully operational is 20 euros for 24 hours. During the day there are workers at work in the lower part. Attention to the difference in height, the area is not exactly flat. The view is nothing short of magnificent and the ascent to Sassolungo is right in front (opening expected, if I'm not mistaken, from 27/6), with the mountain-bike track and relative itinerary. A splendid torrent next to the area, one sleeps lulled by the roar of the water. A magnificent place.
