Not a single negative thing to mention. Nice polite staff, the hotel is beautiful and clean.
I just had a really good experience.
Nice hotel with great service and a fantastic spa that was just refurbished. 2mins walk to the ski lifts. Breakfast gets a bit repetitive but everything is great quality.
I have to say that I do noy write reviews very offten, but after out experience last thursday in this restaurant, we been extremly dissapointed. Not about food, that was really delivious. And we would really enjoy it if it wouldn't arrive on our table 1.5 hours after the order. And what is even wors, was the attitude of the lady who was serving us. Not admitting at all that they are really late with everithing.. She said: "it takes time"! Even the starter, which was only cold cut, took forewer. Interesting was that the people next table to us, who came exactly same time as we did, got served their food much faster and left far earlier before we even got our main course. Well, they might have been locals and not just turists who come and go. So different treatment. Our experience was bad and we will never come again, even we come to the area yearly for skiing.
Fazit: Food good, expensive and service too bad.
