Very rude customer service. The man was polite to start but when I had made a decision to try a ring on the woman's face had bad attitude all over. I asked him if she was in a bad mood. Customer service from both was down hill when they were together as instead of making conversation with me they just talked to each other. I tried the ring but I had at this point decided I wasn't going to purchase due to their attitudes. On leaving it was almost like a sarcastic bye and thank you. Swarovski, I have plenty but your stores are going down hill. It's a shame they didn't engage with me as I was wearing a Tag Heuer that cost of 2k so potentially they could have made a good sale.
