Pasticceria Zamuner Piazza Milano

We went to this coffee shop every day of the week, spending over 20€ a day for breakfast. Today we asked if we could connect the laptop to the electricity for a few, and we got attacked by one of lady working at bar, replying with loud voice that “we already give internet for a free, we won’t give you the electricity too!”. It seems a joke, but it’s real. The worst experience in Jesolo in which the majority of people working in bars or restaurants are very nice and professional. We own an apartment close to this coffee shop but we will never ever stop again there.

Very bad customer service. The people who are working behind the bar are in a terrible mood. As well the pastries - over priced and not even met expectations. Never going back again.

Comfort, quality service of the staff, working environment and hospitality with great cleanliness in the utmost respect of the covit19 standards. I recommend it to all those who as true connoisseurs want to have a relaxing breakfast with excellent and fresh products. Try and then tell me.

A little intrigued by the negative reviews, we decide to stop here after lunch for a quick coffee. What I think is the owner, busy chatting with a customer, hardly notices us even though we were 3 people at the counter. We ask for three coffees and are asked if we prefer to drink them at the counter or sitting at the table. We reply that if possible (given the covid rules, you never know) we prefer to drink it on the fly at the counter, but she almost insists on letting us sit at the table (will she want to take advantage of the extra charge for table service?). In any case, we drink the coffee and ask for the bill, but once again the alleged owner is engaged in his chat, finally she tells us how much we have to pay and doesn't even say hello when we leave. Never mind, we will never return.
