For the second time in Naples we went to this store and for the second time we took the opportunity to make purchases. The store has beautiful items, the prices are more than competitive and we sincerely do not understand the previous heavy reviews. Not only the son of the owner Mrs. Raffaele and his wife Mrs. Ciampy are good and professional but they are also of an extraordinary kindness and affability. Thank you Raffaele and Ciampy. The owner is a vile and rude person! You do not go there absolutely! Unkindness and no consideration for the customer! I went to buy a silver frame, I did not even want to say the prices, liquandodomi with a "are priced in the window". He attacked me without any reason in front of another client and he kicked me out of the shop, giving me some of you, when I was always courteous and gave him her. I had taken other items at this store, but I will never go back! This gentleman seems to me not very sane! When I told him that he should not allow himself to raise his voice with me and that he should give me her as I did, he told me that he is not afraid of anyone, not even the police, and he told me "Go outiiii !!!!" Instead, I believe that the municipal police and financial police would do well to pay a visit to this business, run by an exalted mythomaniac.
