Very well organized to easily find your bus connection. Well kept and clean. When bus arrive staff is there to help if needed, no matter the time. And they do help. Cashier is very polite and helpful, also very knowledgeable about timetables. Buses arrive on time too. Hassle free and organized travelling.

We visited during obvious covid-19 restrictions. On arrival we went straight through to our hotel so did not stay, on our way back home we had time to kill before our coach, the building was nice and clean and staff helpful. The cafe was not open and there were no left-luggage facilities so we had to take our luggage around the town with us which was not great. Just a short 10 min walk to the beach, who have fab cafes. Back to station to catch our on time transfer to the Airport.

Ticket sellers are as slow as a tortoise. Typical italian couldn't give a hoot type
