Best Pasticceria Ever!!!

I live in Milan but I am in Agordo, where I was born AND where I have never found a pastry shop up to par. Mid morning this morning I called Rossetti pastry shop for the first time to order a cake for 10 people. The young lady who replied, very kindly, inquired at the pastry chef to find out if there was time to prepare the cake requested for today at lunchtime and the answer was yes. At 12:40 pm, with an understandable 10 minutes delay on the scheduled time, the dessert was ready. A beautiful mixed fruit tart, with a sure aesthetic impact. Probably the best I have ever eaten, despite being used to the pastry shops in the city of Milan where the offer is certainly much wider than that of these valleys. Lots of fruit, all at the right point of ripeness. An excellent shortcrust pastry, of the right thickness and tasty crunchy. Only note, but here we enter the personal taste, the pastry cream slightly too sweet but, in any case, very fresh and with an excellent taste of eggs. In conclusion, experience to be repeated, super recommended pastry, good!

In my opinion it is one of the best pastry shops in the Belluno panorama. Excellent quality and variety of products.
