Super nice and helpful staff! at the moment I am very comfortable with the bike (basic model). despite the single gear, it has a perfect gait. the structure of the bike is solid but does not affect the weight during its use

Having already had the pleasure of using a Swapfiets in the Netherlands, I can only say that the service is great, just like up there. Specifically, I signed up for the service via the app and within half an hour I was already in the saddle. Staff very kind and efficient.

I've been using a DeLuxe bike for about a month and I had a great time !! Fortunately I was unable to verify the efficiency of the assistance as I had no breakdowns or problems ... all very kind and efficient.

Very efficient service, great kindness to the shop. Swapfiets is a very good idea to have an efficient, comfortable, quality and always maintained bike (maintenance costs affect a lot, not to be underestimated).
