I bought a good value for money ebike but it had some problems. After a while of waiting for assistance, the advantage of having chosen to buy an Italian product in a physical store and not on the internet emerged. Satisfied for the product and for the assistance. Thank you

I passed almost by chance in the center of Milan and saw the shop, very close to Corso Como. I went in and got to know Lorenzo (I think his name is that) and I think he was the shop manager. The experience was truly magnificent because I found him a true and serious professional who illustrated all the products on display explaining me pros and cons. In the end, without absolutely wanting to sell me anything, I opted for an 8.5 scooter called MONO AIR. The product is excellent and goes very well and is totally in compliance with the current rules of the highway code. I returned the following day because I had not understood how to turn on the lights and I found another boy named Fabrizio. He also gave me assistance worthy of a dealer. Congratulations indeed, I will make an excellent publicity because I believe that the real value of the physical store at the expense of the ONLINE is precisely to provide assistance to those who, before entering the store, had no information; and I say it regardless of any price!

VOTE ASSISTANCE SERVICE 2 i The electric scooter is nice and easy to handle, pity that only after 3-4 months the light and the handlebar that rotates on itself no longer works, but these can be very understandable course accidents, what really is not understandable the long wait to fix such idiocy, it is truly disconcerting that in the shop in via Maroncelli the official shop of the i-bike there is no means of replacement even for a fee and that for such a trivial repair, you have to give up the scooter for 10 days without having a replacement (I repeat also for a fee) the thing that makes the seller more angry than at the time of purchase that I want to say that it was not the same one who kindly welcomed me this morning in the shop explaining in spite of himself that the directives are those and that he does not it can do nothing "you have to leave the vehicle 10 days because he has to go to Turin for repairs" but obviously he takes him on foot, he does the job or repairs I think in an hour but just wanting to exaggerate, and then bring it back on foot, however, it guarantees me that it returns as new (but today is my lucky day) returning to the wonderful seller who sold it to me to hear any problem we are here the shop and here any problem we fix immediately, maybe just that stupid and banal white lie made me make the decision to buy the vehicle. DEFINITELY TO REVIEW THE ASSISTANCE THAT TODAY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING VOTE 2 AND TO THE WONDERFUL SELLER TO BE EDUCATED I SAY VOTE NO COMMENT. now I hope to have the call and that they tell me that they were joking for the repair in 10 days or otherwise that for the inconvenience there will be a means in replacement (even for a fee) I would not make the i-bike go bankrupt otherwise I would do a rude street furniture.
