Equilibrio Urbano

On my recent cycling trip to Italy, my Wilier Zero7 was damaged during flight transit. Went into Equilibrio Urbano for a replacement frame. Federico from EU was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time and went out of his way to help me. Federico and team are very knowledgeable, friendly and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and others...

Well-stocked shop where you can always find what you need. The guys are very professional, prepared and they give very good advices. Plus they speak English which is not usual thing for a bike store in Milan.

Unless you’re in an extreme pinch and only need a CO2 cartridge, avoid this shop. I went there twice before jumping to conclusions but their overall performance as a bike shop is pathetic: - average products for high prices - terrible customer service - invested a lot of time in excuses why they can’t provide services (e.g., quick derailleur adjustment) There are many shops in Milan that are more accommodating who care about their customers. Do a quick google search before going to Equilibrio Urbano.

Super helpful! I scheduled a Selle seat fitting online and ended up chatting for HOURS about seat comfort and fit. These guys get my highest recommendation.
