Good morning, This morning I arrived with a Stelvio and the left tire destroyed by a nail taken on the motorway just before the toll booth. Without an appointment they looked for a tire that could fit well and then they mounted the spare wheel. Moving the rear left in front for added safety. I booked a tire change well in advance, plus minus 15 days in advance. They had to take over my car at 2.30 pm, I was the first afternoon appointment ... ... surprise: two people passed by before me, who arrived later. I waited an hour until they started working on my car .... I asked for convergence but I was told that it was not possible .... In short, a place that I "highly recommend" !!!! Never again.
