Very disappointing - loose rocks almost all the way on a blue trail - no way suitable for beginners or easy as marked. No maintainance of the trails, little choice, you need to take the cable back to the summit, to ride any of the trails again, since the middle gondola does not operate. It’s a pitty, since the city itself is very nice, restaurants good, nice area.

Personally I think it was a good experience, the price is right (50-60 €) for 4 hours, including bicycles, the ski pass for the various cable cars and chair lifts, the helmet, the protections (excluding gloves). The slopes are varied, except for the first mandatory section and a bit demanding for beginners. In my opinion the signage is not lacking (contrary to what many say), in fact the blue, red and a small black stretch are marked. The negative thing about this experience was the low efficiency of the ski lifts, closed during the week which forced us to wait long times. It is definitely an experience to try!

Very high cost. They make you go up without any preparation and if you don't end up in the ravine it's okay. Incompetent who send anyone up the mountain without wondering if he is able to go down or not. If you care about life don't go there.

I was interested in renting two e-bikes for half a day. After seeing from the price list that there is the possibility to rent even for 2 or 4 hours, I registered on the site, but when booking I realized that from the site it is not possible to select less than 1 day itera. So I phoned and the boy told me that it was possible to do everything over the phone. I requested the rental of 2 "TRAIL" e-bikes (name taken from the same site that indicates the Rossignol "E-TRACK TRAIL" full suspended model), for 4 hours. He asked me for heights and weights and recommended a size S and a size M. I then confirmed that I want to rent two "TRAIL" e-bikes, sizes S and M, for 4 hours, for Sunday. When we arrived at the rental, to collect the bikes, they told us that under my name they had booked a CITY e-bike size S and an "E-Track 27" (front suspended) size M e-bike. I pointed out that it was not what I had booked and that on the phone I had specified TWICE that I was interested in 2 "TRAIL" model bikes (full suspended). We were told that a full suspended M remained (another model), but that only a front suspension remained of S. I was told that the guy I spoke to wasn't there, but that surely, on the phone, he had asked me if I wanted mono or full (suspended) e-bike and that, if a front had been booked, it was because I had asked for a front! I pointed out that I had NOT been asked when I specified "TRAIL model" (full suspended) and that I certainly had not requested a CITY e-bike! They repeated that surely I had been asked. I repeated that this was NOT the case and that I had specified "TRAIL". Then they replied that another model is also called "TRAIL". From the phone I opened the site and pointed out that only one model named "TRAIL" was listed. To which they threw themselves on "on the phone misunderstandings can happen". We then reported that we had tried to book online but missed the 2 and 4 hour options. The answer was "ah but the site doesn't work because it is overbooked": an answer that is not very sensible and not consistent with our experience. The site seems to work correctly, so much so that having put the bike reservation for the whole day in the cart, to give it a try, but not having completed the reservation, I then received an email urging to book entitled "Forgot 2 products in the cart!". Having no more bikes of the booked model available we were left with a dry mouth and, nervous, we went out, apologizing. Obviously, being Sunday, the other rentals are also sold out. We had to change plans for the day.

As a complete newcomer to the DH, I found myself quite in difficulty to tackle the major slopes and to orient myself on the paths / tracks (unclear first-impact signs), fantastic scenery and locations ... Challenging price if not equipped with bikes and protections. I would recommend softer approach for those who never went.
