A good treatment in my opinion! I did a service at my dacha and the work was flawless. They gave me a courtesy car because the work took a little longer than expected.

Arrived there definitely dissatisfied with the experience I had in another workshop in the area, I found both the guy at the reception and the mechanic who looked at my car some very kind and professional people, in 5 minutes I was given exhaustive answers on the problem of 'car as much as it was possible to do (since the first workshop did more damage than anything else by resetting the errors without even telling me anything).
In addition to this, since to make the diagnosis the computer was only connected for 5 minutes they did not even ask me for 1 €, it is certainly not for everyone to behave like this with a person who is just passing through and therefore not a customer who finds yourself in future.
I highly recommend, thank goodness you still meet people like that every now and then.
Today I brought my car for a coupon, after a year of life and with 17000 km made, that I paid 300 euros. For me an exaggerated price, with all due respect for the work done, but I really don't think that you spend 160 euros in oil. Everyone needs money, but not by cheating or taking advantage because I am a woman. You can dear mechanics for everything there is a price, I will never go back to you and I do not recommend to other women 😡😡😡
