Very incompetent and rude staff. They sold me a product with specifications other than my request and for the return they made stories about everything. I strongly advise against shopping here.

Very rude the customer support gentleman, less the girl. I decided to buy for the first time on Supermedia to also favor a small Italian company, as well as the competitive price compared to Amazon, with shipping included. MISTAKE! The product occurred defective after the first uses. This would not be a fault of the merchant of course, but it is his burden to make the customer happy. I wrote to Spermedia via e-mail twenty days after the purchase, after having ascertained the problem. I received no response, and two days later I called customer service. On the first lap they told me to go to a JBL store in my city (Genoa) and get them to fix it, which would have been faster. On the second lap I call them a gentleman who, after two clarifications, gets nervous and starts answering me with a tone of sufficiency and superiority! Oh, who are you? I'm your customer and you treat me like that. Moral of the story, I will pick up the product, they will evaluate if I broke it, and they will replace it, or they will postpone broken, or dispose of, at my expense. In the end all I understood from Supermedia, is that maybe I will receive an adjusted product, which at this point I will have paid more than on Amazon, and maybe I will receive a receipt to pay for shipping and the product will throw it at me. Honestly after talking to customer service, I feel scared that I lost 80 euros for trusting them here.
