Not having their stock, the guy who didn't even care what I wanted to buy advised me to go to two other stores. I was hoping for better advice as I would have to buy kitchen tiles and 2 bathrooms plus sanitary ware.

medium-low quality products at competitive prices; little staff (therefore very slow) and inability to see many of the samples placed at home or even on the ground in the light of the sun (those hanging); okay if you have to do "not up" work. Unfortunately, assistance is little even after-sales: they do not answer the phone or even e-mail.

We ordered the tiles for the whole house, excellent products, a wide selection, highly trained salesmen, they give very useful advice both from the point of view of the design and the maintenance of the products, with very practical examples. Too bad for the structure, when I went to do the order, I found it hard to concentrate on the heat it did because the air conditioning system was not in operation. In any case, highly recommended !!

I purchased a unique wood effect floor, after some initial problems due to a first incorrect cleaning, thanks to the interest of the company I solved it. Thank you
