I had the questionable pleasure of having a spritz made with still water and still wine, tasteless and almost colorless. (I hope they served me simply the bottom of bottles that have been open for too long) to avoid also the red foam as thick as juice but with a grapefruit taste. We may have had bad luck, BUT it won't happen again.

From June 2020 new management of the historic Bar in the square in Boissano Nice owner and aperitif test passed with flying colors. Both the sparkling wine and the Spritz are excellent with a pleasant and satisfying saucer A place to frequent for the Boissons and for those who want to feel comfortable in a beautiful location

Cozy place with outdoor tables from which you have a beautiful view towards the sea. Friendly and kind staff
