The owner is available, friendly, and competent. Unfortunately for my personal tastes, the section dedicated to non-mainstream titles is a bit 'scanty (but I stress that this I perceived for personal reasons, and in fact it is already appreciable that there is a dedicated section, unlike comic books where there are only manga for bimbim ..... a).
