Pizza just picked up and already devoured. Really good. Highly recommended. To underline the kindness of the owner who, while I waited, offered me a slice as a taste (in addition to the drink that I refused x not wanting to take too much advantage ...). I am passing through, camping, I will leave in a few days but I will come back before departure

If you want to eat an excellent pizza, you must come from the legendary Francesca, to the pizza shop. Many make pizza, but good pizza doesn't. You can only admire her, she puts a lot of effort and seriousness into her work, she is always very kind and always tries to please the customer. Pizza, is not the classic thin, which is often eaten in pizzerias, but a Neapolitan pizza, high edges, just the right thickness, leavened well, digestible and always cooked well. If you are very hungry, or if you are in more people, a good pinch and go hungry, for sure. The quality ingredients are the basis of what makes a pizza good, the rest is the one who prepares it, and you can only be happy when you eat a Francesca pizza. I'm only sorry I didn't meet you as soon as I came to live in Incisa. Keep it up Franci !! And come and try her pizza ... I recommend booking in advance, often requests are many given how good the pizza is.
