Chiesa parrocchiale di S. Nicolò

Mountain church with frescoed side altars inside, realized with the contribution of local historical families. It has a stone bell tower and a large square currently closed to cars. The church, contrary to the usual, is located outside the town, at its beginning, just below the cemetery. It is a place dear to me because it is linked to my childhood, it is simple but full of spirituality and peace.

The church is really beautiful. I went to the Holy Mass on Easter, I am sorry that the parish priests never say anything about Nature and the evil that we are doing to them, after all Nature is the one that gives us food, fruit, vegetables, water, air to breathe. Who knows how many parishioners who were at mass went to lunch eating poor innocent little creatures, torn from their mother and killed without mercy. Here's what the church misses, talking about these things too, Catholic holidays are full of the blood of innocents and it's not right.
