Wanting to deepen naturalistic topics, after paying the entrance we had to be accompanied. They joined us to a group that had already seen many things and therefore we have lost the previous information. Some questions were not answered. Listening to the explanations with a large group, without audio guide, is rather difficult. I believe that our guide (graduated in marine sciences?) Was voluntary. I was hoping for more professionalism.
