Since childhood, for all our anniversaries (First Communions, Confirmations) and for evening refreshments at the Parish Choral, I remember in memory our dear "uncle Aldo" (Don Aldo Voltolina) arriving with fresh pasta from Scapinelli, always in number rather substantial and - then as today - simply inimitable and delicious. Cozy and bright the room for a drink with friends.
