Great bread, probably one of the last truly artisan bakeries left. Fiori gets up every day at 3 am and starts kneading expertly with passion. Mirella arrives a little later but not long and together they bake, at 6 the first sandwiches come out hot and good spreading a delicious scent that recalls the distant times of the villages ...
