The ceiling fresco depicting the Trinity and classroom Glory of Mary Immaculate and St. Benedict was attributed by scholars to Giambattista Canal (Venice 1745-1825): in this work is how the painter will never obvious and blatant emulate the style of Tiepolo; instead the main altar which represents the Glory of S. Benedetto Abate (oil on canvas, 440x213 cm) may have been commissioned for the dedication of the Church (1695) to the workshop of Belluno Agostino Ridolfi (Belluno 1646-1727), very active in the area around the end of the seventeenth century.

Short and unexpected visit to the village of Orsago, in the company of his friend Luciano who was born and baptized there. The parish church with its detached bell tower, has appeared in all its splendor, accessing its small square from the one that in ancient times was a public transit route, and now has become an exclusive private access, which however has enhanced the context.
