San Bartolomeo Apostolo, Fiumalbo

It is the parish church of Fiumalbo which overlooks the beautiful square of the village. The first Romanesque building saw a smaller building. In 1500 the church was enlarged bringing it to three naves as well as changing its orientation; in fact it can be noted that on the right side there is a small porch with an entrance, this was the entrance of the primitive church whose facade overlooked the side alley. The simple and clean interior looks interesting even if there are no relevant works. Beautiful the articulated coffered ceiling in dark wood like the ancient lunette on the front door.
