Domo is a real ancient castle, surrounded by walls, with two doors. Greater historical and artistic importance is to be attributed to the Church of San Paterniano. To admire in it the Renaissance portal, a triptych on wood, depicting the Madonna of Loreto, San Paterniano and Santa Lucia, executed at the end of the century. XV and attributed to a vague "master of Domo" probably of Fabriano origin, and numerous votive frescoes of the sec. XV-XVI, which adorn the apse wall and the two sides of the single nave covered with trusses. A larger square opens up in front of the church.

The Church of San Paterniano can be reached by walking through the streets of the hamlet of Domo, a tiny village in Serra San Quirico with about 200 inhabitants. Domo within this church contains an interesting, well-preserved artistic heritage. The peculiarity is in the external portal where the symbols of the Camaldonese are reported.
