I asked for some minor technical help and one tool to fix easy issue due to emergency breakdown but with some dose of arrogance I was told to wait a few hours, as no technician is in place. Seller was more interested in watching some online bicycle webpages rather than assisting in emergency.

Our e-scooter rental today was totaly disappointing.. - capicty of the battery was way too low.. 2x 17km, we had to recharge 3 times on our 50km trip, loosing 3h of time -we asked before if the way is possible, after our trip they said that it was to hilly or too much wind. - no change of price or a compromis.. *we booked them on the camp ground Maremma Sans Soucci. We do not recommend the service or the e-scooters
