With great surprise between the thick clearing before arriving in Miranda is this church abandoned to the luxuriant nature in a sheltered place with a fountain next to it. Some parts appear to be beautiful to be seen as the porch with external architraves. Undoubtedly once frequented, if only for the better conditions of the mule track that descends from Miranda, it is a bit like the whole poorly signposted route and the traveler is not immediately recognized as an ancient place of worship. The church and the path would deserve much more than an advanced state of abandonment

Church built outside the castle, along the road that leads from Miranda to Terni via Valenza, of medieval origin. On the lintel of the door, an inscription recalls the year the reconstruction of 1513.
