Good morning I am Doctor Anna Bartolini. I am writing to respond to the review of Mrs. Giuditta “Pal”. Dear Madam, the fact you have told describes in a theatrical way facts that only partially correspond to reality. Unfortunately in those days I suffered a death in the family and soon I had scheduled an urgent specialist visit for me which was then moved several times. I tried to catch up on visits, thanks to the courtesy and cordiality of the freelance employees who are always careful and kind to us doctors and to all patients, making them move to other days shortly, limiting the inconvenience for patients, compatibly with the hospital shifts that are a priority for me. I was told that you were out in those days (perhaps if I understood correctly for a children's tournament) and I was willing to be contacted on my personal number to schedule an emergency visit. All this is documentable and traceable. Does this seem to you my way of matching your description of "seriousness equal to 0"? Seriousness also means, as an adult as it will be, contacting the specialist in question (my references can be found on the internet or are communicated by freelance employees) and asking for clarification and then possibly expressing a free comment by signing with name and surname. I booked a visit for my son on June 18, an appointment set for intramoenia (for a fee) for July 9 and so far everything is normal, however in the past few days I received the first phone call to bring forward the appointment for the same day, what impossible for me; then other phone calls with proposals for dates far away in time until a conclusion last week with a variable date between 8 and 9 July to be confirmed, well I have now received yet another phone call to confirm the date of July 16 !!!!! I quote verbatim "the doctor can insert it as an exception on July 16" I do not add anything else the level of seriousness is equal to 0.
