My husband and I used Clar Servizi Srls for a big move from Padova to Germany. Communication was excellent and the company accommodated our dates, situation and times. When the two guys arrived in Italy and then in Germany they were professional, efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend the company. Thank you! 💚

Bad experience. They took over an order through a service that I had purchased on Macingo, in which I had requested the collection and delivery of a motorcycle, for a specific day. I knew there was the possibility that on that exact day they could not, but at least I expected clarity, transparency and a minimum of attention. I send emails asking for both some information and confirmation on pickup and delivery, and I have never received a written response from them to any of my questions. Never. I contact them on the phone the day after they got the order and, after some initial lies they told me, they sometimes simply reassure me (eg "yes yes, don't worry we have already taken the bike, they will have packed it well, worry ”, a lie verified by the fact that, when I called the dealer, the bike was not taken), they have always been vague to my request for confirmation or not on their delivery day (necessary to take the hours off work). At my insistence, arriving the day before that of the requested delivery, they told me that they would certainly not give me the bike the next day and they could not even tell me when they would do it, and that they would know when they made "the plans". It was already a week since they remained vague, after the first lies aimed at reassuring, telling me about these plans. Moral of the story, when they should have delivered, they still hadn't even made the plans (and I don't think they were idle, surely they were working with the deliveries of the old plans and surely we still had some for a while, much to do not think at all about further deliveries to be made). Result: I lost all my money having paid in advance (service purchased through Macingo). What I have experienced subjectively, is the total lack of professionalism, transparency and honesty, together with indifference towards the customer's needs. Not recommended

Found this company from the Macingo application. We had to have a sofa collected and shipped. Obviously payment in advance, the expected date for collection and delivery was not known but they would have "contacted" them a few days before. The Saturday before the "chosen" week for delivery And after several days of booking, we decide to call to find out what's new ... coincidentally we anticipated them. They assure us that despite the fact that it was a groupage service, the delivery would have taken place on the day of collection, which we are given (18/06). Upon collection of the sofa, for scruple I ask the transporter what time he would have arrived at the place of delivery, and he, unaware, replies that they would not have delivered it today. I wait for the company call but nothing, the next day I call (over and over again) to ask for explanations. For a "problem" they could not have made the delivery the same day but they would have sent my sofa to the warehouse, this without notifying me even (a phone call was enough) and without even giving me an alternative delivery date. I still wait a few days and then I decide to call back to make sure that the sofa hasn't been stolen from me. To which they inform me that due to their problems, they would not have been able to deliver it to me until 1 July, when By agreements we had made the delivery obligation by 27 June (after which no one could withdraw it anymore). After some insistence, they grant me the delivery on Thursday 23, in the evening (the thing stank). Obviously the day in question at 10.10 pm we are called by the carrier who informs us that "he was leaving and that he would arrive very late and if he could postpone the delivery". Obviously we agree, how do you get the sofa delivered at 1 am in an apartment building! Delivery re-scheduled for the following Sunday. That day following a phone call in the morning to confirm the delivery, no one is heard anymore They answer the phone. Sunday passes and we know NOTHING. On Monday I call the company mad, demanding explanations and a solution, there was only one more day left for delivery. Once again following "problems" the delivery date was not known, disconsolate and embittered I asked them to find a solution. The solution was delivery on day 29. Not really knowing what to do, I agreed hoping that this time the promises made would be kept. Fortunately it was like that. Balance of this experience, paid in advance, the liver that has worn out from stress and nervousness, 11 days of delay in delivery and lastly 3 days lost of work to be able to keep up with these incompetents. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

Super professional, Giorgio and Mario Numeri 1 !!! They packed everything and were very careful not to spoil anything ... BRAVI BRAVI !!! Highly recommended is the shipper that Giorgio and Mario, really good .. In case of other future needs I will surely call them! Elisabetta

Negative experience. Little punctuality in the collection with continuous changes of times and days. Sudden cancellations. Bad packaging indeed the sofa arrived all dirty.
