The first time I went to this garage, the welcome was nothing short of excellent the owner Alessandro I think he is never known told me very politely that I had to wait because he had the number of cars to check Let's talk about a Saturday and that I would be able to return in an hour and that it would solve my problem that has been affecting me for about a year. If there were 10 stars, I would have put 10 stars because Mr. Alessandro really effectively and efficiently fixed my car in a few minutes without asking me anything because according to him it was nonsense I can only thank him First of all for his mechanical preparation because others mechanics in Rome did not succeed and then for the friendliness with which he treats customers most sincere compliments given by a customer never met
Car in excellent condition brought to be checked given the high number of km I would have to face.
Belt to be redone and € 600. So far so good. The following week I bring the car back because it was jerky, they say they tried it and it didn't show anything; two days later the car stops and black smoke comes out of the hood, it never starts again. I report it from the subject above asking for explanations and obviously the work done had nothing to do with the "new" damage. Another 200 €.
The next day I discover a further damage and pointing it out, of course, I am told that the new damage is not related to the previous ones.
Conclusion: 800 euros and the car that is worse than before I brought it to him.
I give 1 star because zero is not possible.

Honestly, many give it as a professional workshop and at reasonable prices, my experience was not so positive ..... when we took back the car we were scared by the price of the repairs carried out and also the gray velvet car seats were full of handfuls of fat
