Professionalism equal to zero, they do not respect the delivery times of my car after having kept it parked for 2 days since the accident happened on Saturday with the excuse that they had to be on the spot they told me that they could not bring it to Genoa. they could not do as insured, then allowing themselves to call me rude and telling me that he would make me wait more days, after hearing this, I proceeded to collect with another tool truck from Recco to Genoa and within 3 hours from the call the car was in Genoa. I had known earlier on the day of the accident.
I used the wrecker service from these rude and incompetent people, they did not respect the delivery times and even less did it as agreements forcing me to collect it in person, an absurd and incomprehensible thing, they are unreliable, I do not recommend them at all
4 little stars because otherwise they lay down jokes aside there I recommend for seriousness, professionalism and presence on the territory
