I found myself wrong. Bought a product that unfortunately I realized I didn't need it. This is a dehumidifier. After 6 days I took him back to the shop. Explaining everything as written above. PS. I'll have turned it on for an hour in total. The product was intact with a lot of box and well packed. Practically now they have kept it and obviously also the receipt as they have to consult as they are a company. Mah?! ??? OK perfect . I wait but maybe they don't know the law. I wanted to inquire to know what it is appropriate to know I will no longer buy a thing in a reckless way and especially there. But they must know how to behave and above all be aware that even these events can happen. So there is a method to follow. I also found ignorance and strong nervousness. Yet they have existed for a long time I believe!

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I bought a cell phone from them and once at home I discovered it was defective, at first they tried to blame me for the malfunction, then once they realized that it was a factory defect, they withdrew it and made me wait two weeks to return it to me. Very poor professionalism and customer attention.

Rude and ill-disposed staff towards the customer ... both the tim shop and the household appliances one, it is not the first time I go there, living in the area and it is always like this ... I prefer to go to Genoa even if it is rather uncomfortable ...
