Way overpriced. 2,50 for a Cappuccino (to go) 3,- for a soy cappuccino is the most expensive I had within 2 weeks traveling in Italy. If the staff would have been nice at least it could have made up for that. What can I say...

Staff put a shade up between umbrellas so customers would be more comfortable sitting down to eat which was very thoughtful. Staff was absolutely amazing, inviting, and charming to my family. They made us feel like family and welcomed us to Cinque Terre. The staff spoke Italian and English. Although some of the food is prepared after being frozen, it is clearly noted on the menu. If you give this establishment a bad score because of the “microwaved food”, it is your fault you didn’t read what the * meant next to the dish you chose. I would say it is a bit overpriced but overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and could see visiting again.

Unfriendly/rude staff. We were told to order something or to leave in 2 minutes without any clients waiting to be seated after 20 minutes.

You would be constantly nagged and pestered after 40 mins by the ill-mannered and discourteous boss. #touristtrap

The staff was very kind to us, i strongly recommend this place !
