Had a screeching sound on my car, they had looked at it after 2 hours (so they had time immediately), then found the problem, gave some advice on how to drive home and didn't charge much.
All in all really happy with it, though of course they don't speak English
When you are on vacation and you need a mechanic! This is the only one who helped me in Trento. Work performed in a workmanlike manner, the price in these circumstances is not commented on.
