I have nothing to report regarding the products all of excellent quality, unfortunately you send me many discounts but punctually never available even in my last purchase by spending 196 euros I had a 20% discount coupon on clothing I bought a gile and a jacket but not I was given the discount. I also regret that unfortunately only a few of your employees are professional and knowledgeable. In Trento there is only one girl trained in sales and competent on the characteristics of your products.
Great professionalism of the clerks
Shop not too big but at the same time not disappointing expectations, there are many accessories and excellent quality! Staff very willing to provide information and advice related to the articles, in my case I was able to get advice from Giorgia who is very prepared and competent on the world of motorcycles. It is worth a visit, there is always something to catch!
Very disappointed by the attention to the customer. I had to redo the motorcycle wardrobe to get it back after 15 years and I had to buy: complete motorcycle (jacket and pants), high visibility vest, gloves, helmet, boots, airbag. I would have spent no less than € 1,500 in one go. Once inside there were two clerks, one busy and one not even asked me if I needed. After waiting for my turn, the clerk shows me a match to try saying that it is fine and then disappears to serve other customers who have just entered. I look for him and he was always busy serving others. I will be in the room 45 minutes lost in search of things alone and no one has addressed to me any more words like "do you need?" "everything good?" In such a shop with specific and expensive clothing, much more attention would be required from the customer, understanding the difference between the one who has to choose the color of the neck warmer and the one who has to buy a helmet for example. At Calzedonia if you have to buy a 30 € costume there is more assistance. I will turn elsewhere.
