Very light excellent pizza. Quality ingredients. Sometimes the service is not impeccable even if polite and helpful

This public exercise is located under the skyscraper of Piazza Renato Simoni, and is a bit hidden, but it has been renovated in an excellent way. Outside in the small stalls, there are tables under umbrellas, which during the spring or summer days, shelter from the scorching sun. As soon as you enter the door, inside you can see the laboratory in sight, and it is a nice thing because in this way the customers see how food and sweet delicacies are cooked and baked. The bistro is a very clean, tidy place, the only flaw are the tables with their own chairs, too high for the elderly, with leg problems. The girls are very smiling, nice, kind, polite, helpful with their customers. The service is great. The super-good cappuccino and, made wisely. Then you go up a staircase with wedged and marble steps, and you find yourself in a room used for lunch, where you can eat quickly. In fact, I was there 10 months ago, with a friend of mine. I got 1 large wholemeal toast stuffed with Speck and Edamer cheese: it was excellent. My friend instead took a rib of Tuscan bread: stuffed with cheese, rocket and ham, it was very good. At the end of the lunch, the girls offered us 1 lemon sorbet: it was great, made just like they do it down in Sicily. I must also say that the prices are very fair and affordable. I consider this Forneria - Bistrot the "FIORE ALL'OCCHIELLO" of the locals, for breakfasts, quick lunch breaks, and more for Piazza Simoni. Also I think it is me and my friend, we will return, because we found ourselves very well in this family environment. I recommend it to all tourists passing through and, hit and run, to bank employees, and to all those people who work nearby.

I passed both for coffee in the morning and for lunch and also for the aperitif at the end of work, in all moments I was greeted with a smile and kindness. Coffee is better than average and at lunch I tried the stuffed focaccia which I have to say very good and not heavy (usually the focaccia is a tea and this one was not). The aperitif was quick just to say goodbye to the colleagues who were with me, so it is to be deepened.

Passion and love for what they do and the search for raw materials place it among the first places to spend fear lunch, brunch or dinner! Very nice, very friendly and prepared holders
