Excellent artisan bread. You may like some varieties better but all are made with great knowledge and skill.

Delicious bread and croissant shop near San Zeno Basilica.I stumbled across it on my way to the castle.And i have got to say that i was positively surprised by the genuine taste of their croissants. It was so good that i had to go get some more and some bread. All products are bio. All made in the premises. If you love croissants and good bread as much as i do, Then you should definitely pay this place a visit when in verona. Thank me later

I am traveling in Italy for school, and after visiting San Zeno for research I stopped in to buy a loaf of bread for lunch. I do not speak italian, and said "Mi dispiace, non parlo italiano" pointed to the loaf I wanted which was listed at 7 euro. The woman behind the counter grabbed it and put it in a paper bag. I walked over to the register and handed her a 20 euro note. She gave me 5,70 in change and a receipt that says the cost was 2,74. When I tried to protest she smiled and said "Ciao," in a way that made me feel like I would have to start shouting. The problem is, I don't do that anymore. I study art because after I got out of the Army I didn't want to ever have to fight anyone ever again. And certainly not over the price of bread. Now here I am, warning non-italians that this place with steal your money unless you're willing to fight them for what is yours. (The bread was delicious.)

Bakery with excellent products with particular attention to whole and not very refined used flours of biological nature. I recommend trying the spelled bread and wholemeal bread with sultanas.

Excellent product quality: bread, sandwiches, croissants, brioches, pizzas, gnocchi fully satisfy the tastes of my whole family
